NO SOLUTIONS ONLY OBSTACLES AND ABRUPT STAFF

Last week I had a situation with a ********** transaction and to cut a long story short my cars was cancelled. As I had explained I am bed ridden due to an illness and cannot get into the bank to get a card issued. So I take their advice. I get someone to buy a replacement card from Checkers buy I cannot load it because it is for a low tier smart account. So this morning I call at 0800 it is now 1030 and have been on the line since then. Now I am told, I cannot load the card I have to go into the bank ( on a stretcher?). So I want to get the branch to see if I can get someone to go in on my behalf? No we can't put you through they are unavailable. Now I want to send my lawyer who has power of attorney to transact on my behalf. No I can't do that either. FNB what do I do...you tell me...you have no solutions
