No solution to blocked account

I have a block on transactions on my easy account. I have tried to resolve this, all FICA is up to date, yet I am having no luck, and cannot pay my accounts.

I seem to be banging my head against a brick wall. I left Absa for FNB to avoid this kind of poor service
