No solution - no help

For no reason I can suddenly not make payments. I get 99999 code. I am currently in Germany, so I cannot even phone. The online chat from the app, is of no use as the agents simply say it's above their expertise.

I need to pay my monthly accounts, as I do every month with online banking, but FNB simply crashed my account.
