No solution for retrenched people for loans

I have recently been retrenched. I reached out to FNB to let them know as I have a 6 month loan with them. I was told to check with fnblifeclaims. They came back and said I had no cover. I then went back to the collections department. I was then informed to apply for temporary relief. I sid and they declined. I went back to collections and spoke to an agent by the name of Vongami. He was very pompous and unhelpful to say the least. I am aware that I am liable for my loan. I however do not have the means to pay at the moment. So fnb offers zero solution for this. When people avoid calls then you say people are irresponsible. We reach out and still not offered any help. This is not a situation anyone would like to find themselves in. It's been disheartening and frustrating to say the least. I always spoke highly of FNB but now I see what others complain about.
