No solution

I was ****** at gun point on the 11th of march this year on the 12th I called FNB to report the incidence of what happened about a week later in not mistaken I got a call from Portia Fuyizilo she told me that she is request a case number or an affidavit will do I have mailed her the affidavit today and now she says it doesn't give full details of what really happened I need to state the I was forced to give out the pin like with just common sense will a person with a gun be nice 😂 this lady called Portia is a joke like on a serious note now she says I should go back and look for a case number this is another expenses to my pocket and she is not really giving me the full I do as to why she want all this information I'm starting to have a fit with a this run around what is really way Forward to all this
