NO SLOTS AT FNB CORNUBIA IN 3 OVER WEEKS

My partner and I app**** for IDs online and processed the payment . Everything was smooth until we had to book appointments at the Cornubia branch . I have called the branch several times, and even went there physically only to be told that we won't be assisted unless we have an appointment . We have tried booking appointments for over 3 weeks now but there are never any slots available
