No simplicity at FNB Dobsonville

Good day I appreciate FNB and it will forever be my number one bank. However today I felt like you guys are dropping the ball. I was here on Saturday on the 25 th just for a card collection and I waited close to an hour, fair enough this days every bank is busy. I cam back today again at the bank and I still waited an hour outside again. In that hour of waiting I never witnessed any of the ambassador of FNB coming to the que just acknowledged us that they aware of the long wait and they sorry about or just a simple check to check if people are queuing for right reasons. I felt so sorry for the people that I queued with when they were advised that can't be help. Had one of the consultants took round checks I still feel people haven't waited for nothing. Simple transaction like collection was supposed to be assisted quickly. Quick transactions can't be queuing with someone who is going to be open an businesses account. The trainee at the door could at least be maning the que checking customers needs and advising if the bank can assist or not. Becuae your customers are saying negetive things in que and they are rubbing negetive energy to customers. By the time it's their turn to be assisted they end up taking out their fastrations to poor hard working consultants. I am kindly pleading with management to revisit their queuing system. Please avoid assiting people at the ask me counter you sending negetive vibes to your queuing customers becuae they also here for assistance. I believe you are a digital bank and not just any bank but a number 1 bank. Let's act like one. Your branch is opposite Standard bank and I didn't see Standard customers complain and they were busy as you are, the que was well managed. I am saying all this not beacuse of am angry or because I waited long. Am saying this out of a good heart and a caring customer. Iike I said you are my number 1 bank. One might wonder when did I write this long review, I wrote the review while waiting at the branch And am not trying to run FNB.
