No settlement quotes

I have personal Loans with FNB that I want to pay. I have requested a Settlement amount so that I can pay it. I have requested the settlement amount on the 29th May 2025. Until today I have not reveiced anything yet. I have phoned, emailed and sent a messages on the website with no answer.

The thing that is Frustrating is that the closest FNB branch are 40km away and that I cant just pop into the branch to resolve the Issue. FNB use to be the best bank and resolved issues very fast. Now you have to wait 10 to 30 working days before they can resolve any issue.

All I want is the Settlement amounts so that I can pay the accounts, but it looks like they dont want me to pay the accounts

So, Please FNB just send me the settlement quotes so that I can pay and get done with it
