no settlement even paying the settlement amount

I settled my personal loan on the 13th Feb 2015 till today the money hasn't been allocated to my account. I have been calling everyday trying to enquire and I have been sent from pillar to post. No one has been helpful. Now they have debited my account for the loan I have already settled. your system is really inefficient. I am really disappointed with your service. Till today Friday 20th allocation hasn't been sent I am not sure what happening. next thing I get debited again on the 20th of next month. What I don't understand is that its the same bank but it couldn't even pick it up and allocate it automatically. I had to call in for you to make allocation.
