No settlement amount on BUDGET FACILITY

Lesego Motlane - 02 September 2017 at 08h06 I called the FNB Call Cnt regarding a settlement amount on my credit card budget facility. I was shocked to hear that the outstanding balance was the amount due even though there is still approximately 17 (approximately R 2000) months of interest on the amount. Since when does the bank not give you a settlement amount to settle your debt. Since opening my account earlier this year, my experience with FNB has been nothing but appalling. My credit card is always paid up and yet I get charged interest on my straight account even thought there is a NO INTEREST period for the first month and a half. The banks always find a way to catch you and TAKE YOUR MONEY. Why would anyone want to put items on the budget if the bank wont allow you to pay it off earlier!!!!!!
