NO SERVIICE AT FIRST NATIONAL BANK

I reported poor service of FNB a month ago. It was my second report. My problem is that the local branch in Albertinia, was closed and an ATM was put in place for banking services. The ATM does not provide service. The problems are: 1. It runs out of money on a regular base. 2. It is out of order on a regular base. 3. It is again out of order since 24 March. A month ago FNB spoke to me and promised to install an extra ATM and to pay attention to technical problems. NOTHING HAPPENED !!! I am forced to switch over to another bank, if FNB could n't provide better services. Many people will follow me.
