We submitted all documents for closure of the deceased's bank accounts on 18 August 2025. On 17 September we got the first feedback that the process will begin. Since then no feedback this is ridiculous, we need the certificate of balances, transfer of the funds to be done to the estate late bank account and statement from date of death till closure reflecting zero balances. This is the worst feedback from any bank so far.
