No Service with business banking

Last week, upon receiving our business registration documents, we went straight to the FNB Branch at Safeways in Witbank. After waiting for 2 hours and still not being helped, we left and went to the Highveld Mall branch. We then waited almost an hour in the queue to be helped, after which they said that the third director, who wasn't present needed to sign more paper work. We then left the branch so that we can return the following day to finish up the opening of the account. We came back the next day to make sure that we can finish up the transaction.

Now this sounds great, however, upon returning we spoke to the floor manager who advised us that since we are just coming back to finish the transaction, we do not need a ticket in order to see our consultant.

So.....we get to the consultant after she finishes with the client she was busy with, then she says that we need a ticket to see her.

We then go back to the Safeways branch and ask to be assisted. The lady assists us in no time, and the account is opened.

Since we need two signatories on our company, we needed the business banking software. We then sign the request for the software, but nobody contacts us for 3 days. In this time, clients have paid us and we need to start delivering stock and making payments to suppliers.

I then phone the business desk and ask for assistance, they say that it will take another 3 - 5 working days.

I have NEVER in m entire life experienced such pathetic service from one company accross the board.

In future I will move all my business over to ABSA, since they actually want to help their customers.

Reviewer Update
So finally after many years, FNB has shaped up in unbelievable fashion.

Justine Smith is the absolute best business consultant that I have ever met. Great service from her all day, every day.
