no service whatsoever

Guys I'm now fed up and gat vol,I app**** for a credit card last month around the 22nd August and cancelled it again on the 24th August with the credit card retention department.they assured me it'll be cancelled within 7 working days.nothing has been done and we on the 10th today,I will be closing my platinum account with you guys,as I will get a much better interest rate on a credit card and better service as well.i have spoken and spoken and spoken gone into fnb branches 3 times and sweet stuff all has transpired.the reason I cancelled the card was the extremely high 24% interest rate they charging me.this is not a on guys,ive threatened and spoken nicely.i Rd you if it's not cancelled by the weekend that passed consider me a old very ****ed off customer.why is it taking so long,more than 7 working days is nonsense man!!!!! How difficult can it be,ive e even cut the card up as youse assured me the retention dept will sort it out and cancel the account for the Credit Card.sort it out asap I will not wait another day.im fuming here where I'm typing, how damn difficult is it just to cancel a forsaken credit card????phone me on landline ***/3
