NO Service whatsoever

Dealing with FNB lately is like dealing with the govt call centres. I am trying to get them to remove a loan after sequestration, it is as if the people dealing with these things are ghosts. I sent an email on 7 Aug, still no reply, i called 3 times to the loans dept, they keep saying they will log it, none of them got back to me, i sent an email to their complaints dept, they refer it to the debt review department. to date, no response from any of them. it has never been this difficult to deal with FNB and they are supposed to be the most innovative bank but they are becoming as *********** as the govt. is someone going to attend to my query :(
