No Service since July 2020

I have been speaking to Alex Modise from FNB Centurion to have access changed done to a business account since JULY 2020. Until today 27 Jan 2021 he has done absolutely the Minimum to accommodate my Business Account request. Now the account has been removed from my banking profile and I have NO access to the account and as a Business I am UNABLE TO TRANSACT. He is *********** and worthless. I need this request that will be soon 1 year outstanding SORTED OUT TODAY
