No Service Response

I have submitted a Life Policy with FNB LIFE last week, however, a medical examination needs to be done, a medical officer called to confirm an appointment, but she called the wrong number. I sent an e mail days ago to give the correct details, but since have not heard anything again. Neither has the medical officer called again. Please can you look into this and have the medical officer call me on ***.
