No Service received from FNB Life claims department after 4 weeks, when their stated turn around time is 24-48 hours

FNB life claims department what a joke. I lodged my claim 4 weeks ago have phoned on numerous occasions keep on getting the same answer. Someone will get back to you with 24-48 hours obviously no one knows how to tell time anymore. What is happening with my claim? can some one that can give me a answer & not a run around please phone me back. The service will be the 1st received from this department & would be most appreciated.
