No service, private clients.... still no service!!!

Even 1/4 of a star is too much. A private client and for what. Just paying them so much money for no service at all. The telephone just rings and rings. Contact your private banker and still no response. WIll have to move.... .been with FNB for years but service levels dropped as much as your ebucks did!
