No service or working app

Bank Error and no Service. I'm trying to send money from my mortgage to my transactional account. Spent 2 hours on the phone with no one assisting. Then I was promised I will be sent a manual form to request the transfer of funds, that also did not happen. FNB has become the worst bank in SA. Error code: 53309
