No service on call back

I logged a call on getbacktome@fnb on 30 Sept. Till today NO reply. When I call them they want my last 6 digits of my card AND my PIN. I will not give my Pin as the last time I had to do that, R20 000 was ****** from my credit card and FNB will not refund. DO NOT use the call back option - no service.
