No service on 20 Aug. Also no explanation up until now.

On the night on 20 Aug. I was stuck at a fuel station when my card was declined.

I drove to every single FNB ATM in PTA East to no avail. I tried calling all FNB service numbers but nothing. I checked the Rbjacobs twitter replies and on it FNB still insisted that there were no problems with their service. I sent a tweet as well as a message (no reply at the time of this review).

Yet there were numerous reports of FNB clients stuck without access to their facilities. Despite the obvious lack of services, FNB decided to inform NO ONE of the problem and people continued on unknowingly.

And even after the event occurred (I had to get someone to drive 70km to bring me cash) FNB offered no excuse whatsoever. How can we trust that this will not happen again? And how come FNB didn't inform all customers when services were indeed down?
