No service, no response, no interest in helping customers

I have been waiting days for FNB to register my merchant number. Their app keeps telling me it will be registered within 24 hours. Day after day, just 24 hours. Now they are ignoring emails and phone calls. Perhaps FNB no longer exists. Perhaps they have all gone back to flipping burgers. Although none of them are intelligent enough for that position.
