No Service, No answer... pathetic!!!

I have a problem needed to be sorted with my account, go to the bank and they place me on a phone, sat there for more than an hour on the telephone to the call centre, a total of 3 hours in 2 days waiting to speak to someone. The bank cant help me, its absolutely rediculous, especially if more than R6000 dissappers from my account thats the service one get!!
