No service issues

I have been to FNB in adderly street having issues with my app, I have been at the bank on 3 occasions all 3 occasions I was not assisted spending over an hour at the bank and still don’t get assistance is just pure pathetic, if it’s not shortage of staff it’s a different excuse, I’m so over this bank that I just hate everything that has to do with it.
