NO SERVICE IN WESTONARIA FNB if the one and only cashier is on lunch. YOU MUST WAIT FOR A HOUR
When the company I work for wanted to go and deposit money today in the bank because it was a large amount, they were told to come back in a hour because the cashier is on lunch, this was at 11h36 in the morning and no other cashier is available to take her place so you get send home or need to wait one hour. So much money gets spend on adverts to promote FNB, but for sure. no service at cashiers

I was phone and it was informed that their is only one teller in the branch and if she takes lunch people must wait or come back. To me the customer service has dropped and FNB is all about money. When I work in FNB customer service was of the upmost number one in a branch, but yes like everything else FNB is also spiraling down. So guys the long of the short is, if you have more than R50000.00 to deposit and you need to make use of a teller, phone the bank before you go to here if the teller is on lunch...otherwise you can wait like at Labour department. For a hour or until they are back from lunch
