No service I can actually just have a savings account some where else and there would be no difference

I have tried to get a business loan from our banker with absolutely pooooooooooooooooooooor service. Our company has had no help from this bank don't even know why we still bank with them I will definitely move away from FNB within the next week if we don't get any assistance which I can bet will happen anyway.
