No service from useless fnb
Don't invest or have policies and fnb as they will use all the excuses not to release your money into your account or don't claim on any policy at fnb. You have all the reasons and excuses why they will not pay it out. Change your logo from "how can we help you" to "how we don't want to help you" or "how to mess-up your day. Thanks for wasting my time fnb and and useless service from your side.

Change your logo to " How we don't want to help you have a super *** day further."
