No service from "Team Bankers"

Am I the only person who finds it impossible to get a response through the "Chat" system to contact your Team of Bankers? I have been told I am 744 and 831 in the queue and get what appears to be automated responses or incorrect information. Over 4 hour wait is no good customer service
