No Service from Private Banking !!!

Hello FNB

I have had an insufferable experience with what yiu call “Private Banking Service”

I’ve reached out to my so called banker who does not respond to my emails, his assistant also does not respond to my emails

I’ve now reached out to another banker and even she has not assisted and this has been going for a month now!!!!

These people deal with our finances and it is unacceptable that they ignore us as paying customers yet what they do impacts us

I’ve asked for update my home loan as I’m taking a second one and now I’m going to need to pay double due to them not answering their emails

I need management to step in and sort this out or I’ll need to take my business elsewhere
