No service from private banker

Hello FNB team

Why is it that I have to post here every time to get assistance from my private banker? This is ridiculous!

I asked for a payment reversal 2 weeks ago and I still don’t know where it is and my emails are ignored

I want the money reversed today otherwise I’ll demand that you pay it back to me
