No service from personal banker
I just wish to complain about my personal banker, Elize Steenkamp at FNB private bank. I emailed her a query and she initially responded but has since ignored my follow-up queries. This is not the first time she has preformed poorly in her duties and I would like to lodge a complaint against her. I also want to be switched to another banker as I have no faith in her abilities.<br> <br> Werner Wortmann
