NO SERVICE FROM FNB: RIVERSDALE FOR THE PAST 2 WEEKS TO CUSTOMERS IN ALBERTINIA.

The customers in ALBERTINIA get NO service from FNB, as the only ATM in the town is out of service for the last 2 weeks. Hundreds of people have to travel 40 kilometers to Riversdale to use the facilities of a bank. I reported it a week ago to HelloPeter and the Customer Resolution Centre of FNB rep**** with Reference Number: *** NF and mentioned that it is a High Priority Case and immediate attention will be given to the problem. A tegnition was here, but the ATM was only in order for a few hours. I am disgusted about the matter and I am planning to share our experience in the social media. FNB PROVIDES NO SERVICE TO CUSTOMERS.
