No service from FNB regarding their paypal service

I need to open a paypal account with FNB in order to be able to withdraw funds that get paid into my paypal if I do work for overseas companies. I cannot create an account with them as I used to have a normal bank account with FNB years ago and this info is now still on their system and causes a error when I try to register for their paypal service. I am not the first person to encounter this error as you will find when googling this issue.

I sent a email to ask for assistance with the issue to FNB. On April the 12th 2022 I got a reply from Zanele Mahlaba FNB Client Service Consultant asking for screenshots of the issue. The same day I sent them all the info they need. All they need to do is to s**** my info that is still on their system. After that I heard nothing back, on April the 27th I asked for an update and got no feedback. I emailed them again on the 6th of May, to thjis day nothing. I have also emailed them using their paypal enquiries email and got no reply.

FNB is the only bank that has this paypal service, so if they wont help you then it is your problem as no one else offers this service. FNB is a horrid bank, such a shame no one else can offer this paypal service.
