No Service from FNB Private Clients

Yet another poor service experience from FNB Private Clients. From Bankers who have their phones turned off and no next in charge to useless private chat suites that can't assist with a vehicle finance application. I've requested a call back for a application that needs to be done today and I was told that I will receive a call in 24 to 48 business hours. Why am I paying such high premiums to FNB when we have to wait days for assistance. Why are there no private bankers available to assist? The service has been pathetic. I do not recommend this bank to anyone.
