No service from fnb legal dept.

My fiance went into dept counceling and fnb put their dogs (Ramdup) on her for a unpaid overdraft. After numerous consultations Ramdup supp**** us with a account to pay in the amount of R5300,00. This was in 2013. I paid the ful amount plus what they said was interest wich came to just overR12000,00. Now 3 years later Ramdup harrasses us once again for another amount of more than R 3000? ***? Are these imbeciles even capable of wiping their own ****s? Off course now FNB. simply sits back and is unable to help us in any regard even though the said overdraft account has been in credit for more tha 5 years? Come on....
