NO SERVICE FROM FNB IN ALBERTINIA FOR 6 DAYS

I wish to refer to my complaint about First National Bank, rendering no service to people in Albertinia, due to the only ATM in an unworkable state, a week ago. I received complaint Reference messages from FNB, with the number *** NF HIGH PRIORITY and a telephone call on 13 August. The representative of FNB informed me that a new mother board will be installed to the ATM today. It did not realize and Albertinia is now for 6 days without any service from FNB. It is unacceptable, as many of the customers of FNB are pensioners and cannot go to Riversdale or Mossel Bay for banking services. It is now a weekend and that means that we will be for another 2 days without service from FNB. Can somebody PLEASE do something to repair the broken ATM?
