NO SERVICE FROM FNB IN ALBERTINIA

Again we have our weekly problem that the ATM in Albertinia is out of order for the past 5 days. FNB does nothing to solve the problem and we have no service. Why does this occur, as we are situated on the N2 and and many people need to use the ATM.? A year ago FNB promised to install another ATM in Albertinia, because too many people use the only ATM. It did not realize. Can FNB please pay immediate attention to our problems, because the people in Albertinia are in a process to mention our problems in all the newspapers and on social media. I asked them to hold on and wait to see if FNB will solve our problem. I will appreciate it if you can help us to get banking services from FNB.
