No service from FNB

FNB Delay in processing refunds on my credit card is becoming quite frustrating . I have made numerous follow ups with FNB and they keep promising to escalate the matter and provide feedback but never get back to me. The company that proceseed the refund even gave me a reference number to try and assist with the process which they have done almost a month ago already but FNB still did not process the refund to my account. Im sure they waiting to charge me a fat interest on this transaction.. FNB Customer service is just pathetic..
