No service from FNB bank

FNB bank wont answer any of my calls or reply on my e-mails to help me to close off my late mother, Anna van der Nest , ID no *** 087, Trust. Businesses will close 14 December and they still owe me money. The SARS issue was resolved but I am being ignored.
