No Service from FNB Bank

As I sed I will be doing FNB I am laying a complaint against FNB Bank for un ethical conduct. They frozen my sons account without any communication to him. This kama Fica nonsense that they had to sort out is still not sorted out and it's a week now after my son has gone to FNB Bank to fill in all the forms and they sed his account will be ready in a hour and we are a week waiting and still not use of his Bank account. We went I Saturday again and no help from then apparently the bank internally should have fixed it. Still nothing been done yesterday day I layed a complain on the web and all we get is inhouse FNB must sort it out. Still nothing has been done. Now I am asking how must my son live with out accesses to his hard earned money. I want it sorted out for once and for all. So please Hello Peter can you assist with helping me sort it out.
