NO SERVICE FROM FNB

I am sick and tired of FNB not answering their phones after holding for 20 minutes it is clearly stated on the website Saturday operating hours are till19:00. i leave a message on the private chat asking someone to call me back but I am still waiting. FNB your service stinks and i am ashamed to use you as my bank i will be closing my accounts and moving to a more reliable bank CAPITEC. FNB just takes money off your account when they god dam feel like it and then have no operators to assist you with your query. there is so much unemployment please start employing competent people to do the work. the ones you have are going to cost you clients
