No service from fnb

Hi my name is jerleen and I have been trying to get hold of fnb during this lock down for days now.. There online service is worse then anything. I tried calling I waited too hours and still can't get my depit order dispute they telling me to contact my service provider. I mean I'm banking with fnb why can't they give me the option to reverse that money. My kids have nothing to eat.. All they offer is for us to make a loan with them and still don't approve my application.. I always struggle with this bank and they don't care about us poor people. Since I started banking with them its been a nightmare what a disaster
