NO service from FNB

I accepted a pre-approved loan on the app on the 30th of April. I have still not received the funds... I speak to their call centres and I get told I will be phoned back, I chat on their app and they seem to not get my messages, I e-mail my private bankers and get no response. Every communication platform they have in place fails absolutely. I have been a happy FNB customer for many years but the last 2 years their service has gone straight down the toilet. It's sad that the greatest bank I have ever dealt with can fall so far so quickly, pushing me to write a review here purely because I cannot get any assistance whatsoever.
