No service from FNB

I logged a call on 19 Aug 2020 - ***. I was called 5 days later informing me this is a premier banking problem and that the complaint will be forwarded to them. Nothing happened. I tried secure chat - 5 hours later I get a response. I call and wait 8 min and is told this is a ebucks problem..... Seriously!!!!!!!!!!
