No service from Client Services, FICA or personal banker

First, get no notice of a pending FICA, then get surprised by a threatening letter stating they will shut my account as I did nothing & I must make sure to withdraw all funds. I then speak to FNB via App, they send forms, I send in to *** and personal mngr ***, then resend (total send of 3 times) to all & to *** on 13 Jun, 20 Jun, 23 Jun - NO reply yet.. Nada, not sure if I will have account soon as they threatened to close it.
