No service from Business managers at bank

I own a small business and i approached the bank for a small loan as to acquire some new machines. I never got a response from the business manager at first national bank In Vincent East London even thou i sent e-mails to inquire what is the outcome! I had to take action as i needed the loan (take note this happened about five months ago) I sold one of my private assets. I reapp**** for a loan a about one week ago just to be told that i was pre-approved for the loan i requested four months ago. I am not very happy with the way the bank is looking after small businesses. They want you to bank with them and when you need help the staff at the bank is not worried about getting back to you to inform you that we should proceed with the next step. I am starting a new business and i have decided that i will make use of another bank for this business and once we are truly up and running i am going to move all my account to a new bank i am look at.
