NO SERVICE FOR FNB PRIVATE CLIENTS!!

I am so disappointed. I pay a higher fee to be a private client so that I can get better service. SO horrible - I Love my bank but I am seriously considering moving my account to another bank. The amount of *********** call center staff with zero professionalism and very little care about finances is just overwhelming, to say the least... I have not even been allocated a private banker yet. What am I paying for? NO FNB, I have been a client for 10 years.
