no service for account closure

I closed an account of mine with first National Bank with a lady Asanda Ref: CAS-***2-C7N2S2 this was on 15 June 2024 and she asked me to do a trf of almost R500.00 AS ACCOUNT WAS IN ARREARS it is now 08.07.2024 almost a month has gone by, account is still open and again in arrears even spoke to a Michelle but nothing sortied
