No service fnb private wealth

Fnb private wealth service is non existent. My phone was ****** last Saturday. Being responsible I cancelled my cards, my online banking and my FNB Simcard 1 week later, I don't have access to a Single Rand in my account. I don't hv a replacement card, no sim card received oh and my internet banking is still blocked as they can only unblock it if FNB sends me a new simcard and only once the ported my old number to the new simcard they sent. So I am Covid positive and FNB has dropped me in my greatest time of need. If I need to go to hospital I can't as FNB is keeping g my money and not giving me access to any of it to pay the hospital.
